About this Site

We want to help individuals advance their careers in UX Research by empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

After working together, Reggie Murphy and Laura Cochran often shared resources, which gradually led to capturing the shared information in a spreadsheet.

Over time, the spreadsheet grew in size and its impact became more significant. Reggie saw the value in making the spreadsheet a public resource, and people were grateful for it. Now, it's a dynamic website.

What inspired the site?

Reggie and Laura were colleagues who became forever friends and thought partners. They met on an innovation team and learned IDEO methodologies together. Later, they conducted research and prototyped experiments to revolutionize how people consume news.

Even after they both pursued other opportunities, they stayed in touch. They often shared resources, which gradually led to capturing all the information in a spreadsheet.

Over time, the spreadsheet grew in size and its impact became more significant. Reggie saw the value in making the spreadsheet a public resource, and people were grateful for it.

Eventually, Reggie decided to take things a step further and make the information even more accessible and user-friendly by creating a website. Laura, who was interested in doing the same, led the way in designing the website that you are currently browsing.
